The experience was very good. The main thing I liked about Skill Shikshya is that online classes are available as well if you can't attend physically, and you can also watch recordings of the class. So overall, it was a great experience.

Our mentor was very friendly. He always used to reply on WhatsApp whenever I had queries, so yes, I found that very helpful.
