Through structured learning paths, you’ll provide personalized feedback, share industry best practices, and support learners in applying their knowledge to real-world web applications and projects.If you have proven experience in Frontend Development with React and are excited about shaping the next generation of frontend developers and problem solvers, we’d love to connect with you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group mentorship to learners enrolled in SkillShikshya’s Frontend React courses.Offer guidance on career paths, certifications, and frontend development best practices.Support learners by addressing practical and technical queries related to React development, UI integration, and web optimization.Review student projects, give constructive feedback, and track progress.Conduct Q&A sessions, live doubt-clearing, and React-focused webinars when needed.Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content stays aligned with modern frontend development practices and industry standards.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend Development with React.Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and frontend build tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to break down complex frontend concepts clearly and patiently.A genuine passion for teaching, coding, and helping others succeed.Bonus: Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training (formal or informal).✅ If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
