Position Overview – Flutter Mentor at SkillShikshyaSkillShikshya is seeking knowledgeable and passionate mentors in Flutter Development to guide and empower aspiring developers as they build the skills required to thrive in today’s fast-evolving mobile and cross-platform development industry.As a mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping learners build a strong foundation in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management, API integration, cross-platform deployment, and UI/UX best practices for mobile apps. Through structured learning paths, you’ll provide personalized feedback, share industry best practices, and support learners in applying their knowledge to real-world mobile applications and projects.If you have proven experience in Flutter app development and are excited about shaping the next generation of mobile developers and problem solvers, we’d love to connect with you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group mentorship to learners enrolled in SkillShikshya’s Flutter courses.Offer guidance on career paths, certifications, and mobile app development best practices.Support learners by addressing practical and technical queries related to Flutter, Dart, mobile UI design, and deployment.Review student projects, give constructive feedback, and track progress.Conduct Q&A sessions, live doubt-clearing, and Flutter-focused webinars when needed.Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content stays aligned with modern mobile development trends and industry standards.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart-based mobile app development.Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.), Firebase, REST APIs/GraphQL, and app deployment to Play Store & App Store.Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to break down complex mobile development concepts clearly and patiently.A genuine passion for teaching, coding, and helping others succeed.Bonus: Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training (formal or informal).✅ If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
