Position Overview – Digital Marketing Mentor at SkillShikshya

SkillShikshya is seeking knowledgeable and passionate mentors in Digital Marketing to guide and empower aspiring marketers as they develop the skills required to thrive in today’s fast-evolving world.

As a mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping learners build a strong foundation in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and analytics. Through structured learning paths, you’ll provide personalized feedback, share industry best practices, and support learners in applying their knowledge to real-world marketing tools and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to learners enrolled in SkillShikshya’s Digital Marketing courses.

• Offer guidance on marketing career paths, certifications, campaigns, and industry best practices.

• Support learners by addressing practical and technical queries related to marketing strategies and tools.

• Review student projects, give constructive feedback, and track progress.

• Conduct Q&A sessions, live doubt-clearing, and marketing-focused webinars when needed.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content stays up-to-date with digital marketing trends and standards.

Requirements

• Preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to break down complex marketing concepts clearly and patiently.

• A genuine passion for teaching, marketing, and helping others succeed.

• Bonus: Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training (formal or informal).
