Through structured learning paths, you’ll provide personalized feedback, share problem-solving strategies, and support learners in applying their knowledge to real-world coding challenges and interviews.If you have proven experience in DSA and competitive programming and are excited about shaping the next generation of skilled problem solvers, we’d love to connect with you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group mentorship to learners enrolled in SkillShikshya’s DSA courses.Offer guidance on coding interview preparation, problem-solving techniques, and algorithmic best practices.Support learners by addressing practical and technical queries related to data structures, algorithms, and coding platforms.Review student coding assignments, give constructive feedback, and track progress.Conduct Q&A sessions, live doubt-clearing, and coding-focused webinars when needed.Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content stays aligned with modern programming and interview standards.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving using languages like C++, Java, or Python.Strong knowledge of arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, recursion, dynamic programming, and complexity analysis.Familiarity with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, or GeeksforGeeks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to break down complex coding concepts clearly and patiently.A genuine passion for teaching, algorithms, and helping others succeed.Bonus: Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training (formal or informal).✅ If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
